Pejman Rahimi: Fire & Air – Music Review

With his name I prejudged – as will most anyone else. I was expecting Pan Flutes and chimes. Instead I got some sick ass guitar riffs and killer drums and that’s about it as far as “Fire And Air” goes. Vocals I’m on the fence of – on this song they are lost by the music. Lyrics won’t change though and they’re crap.

“Cut You Down” lives up to “Fire And Air” as far as crappy lyrics go and poor singing. It very well may be the worst song I’ve ever heard and I grew up having to listen to New Kids On The Block.

Listening thru the entire CD (my ears are bleeding)I can honestly say the GOOD thing about the CD is the awesome guitar and drum work which I think is computer generated because no band in the world would EVER keep such a lousy, pitiful songwriter and singer unless he’s paying them off VERY well to stop themselves from having a real band with someone talented.

Musically, like I said, is great. Lyrics and vocals are nauseating at best and really I may want to stop listening to music all together. The only rating I could see fit to give is 1 out of 10. That’s how bad this guy sings. But hey – he might be famous in Baliwood.
