They play like this is all they need and sound like they would play a 50K capacity arena and a shopping mall in New Brunswick with the same balls in socks abandon.
Another Day Late is the archetype of the hard working band that has the Johnny Cash work ethic. Constant touring and recording has paid off for the boys from the OC. Hints of this can be heard on the track ”Greetings from Nowhere” . “Taking While Taking Pictures” is that genius instant when an artist takes an odd meter tune and rocks hard and heavy, but these guys add another dimension to it by layering every single sound from the past 30 years associated with music out of California . It’s like a sonic slideshow down to the last guitar riff.
