New Long Island Venue Promises To Be New Music Network Spot and Hangout For Local Music Lovers of All Ages

The Long Island Rock Scene has been without a proper headquarters for too long, and now, at last REVOLUTION! In the location that was once Ollie’s Point in Amityville, REVOLUTION becomes the focal point in Long Island’s thriving music scene.

Artists lined up to perform at Revolution include Sid Wilson of Slipknot (DJ Starscream) on April 24th, Anthony Raneri of Bayside on April 28th, 80’s superstars Missing Persons featuring Dale Bozzio on May 4th, Geoff Tate of Queensryche performs the Queensryche classics on May 10th, Joe Lynn Turner (Rainbow, Deep Purple) on May 19th, a Record Collectors Show on May 20th (break out your vinyl-buy and sell!), the widely successful Drum Fight drum competition (previously held at the Crazy Donkey before its demise) featuring judges Mike Portnoy (Adrenaline Mob, Dream Theater) and Long Island’s own Billy Rymer (Dillinger Escape Plan) on June 2nd and Death Metallers Suffocation hit the Revolution stage on June 30th with major events to be announced soon!!

Revolution boasts state of the art sound and lights, a rock n roll themed menu adorned with mug shots of your favorite celebrities and features items rockers can appreciate such as the Highway to Hell Burger & Iggy Pop Tarts. The dark and iridescent lighting accentuates the walls covered with images of Rock & Roll royalty in all their glory.
