THE GASLIGHT ANTHEM released its brand new studio album "AMERICAN SLANG"

BAND CONFIRMS RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL PERFORMANCE ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 30

The Gaslight Anthem released its brand new studio album titled AMERICAN SLANG on SideOneDummy Records. The album can be purchased physically as well as through all participating digital retailers. Having performed at this year’s Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, TN, this past weekend and recently being named one of Rolling Stone Magazine’s “40 Reasons to Be Excited About Music,” The Gaslight Anthem will be hitting the road in support of this new album that is already beginning to garner global critical praise.

The Gaslight Anthem have also confirmed a performance at New York City’s famed Radio City Music Hall on Thursday, September 30. Performing with special guests, the band will take the stage for the first time in the storied New York venue to showcase the songs off the new album as well as old favorites. Public on-sale will begin on Friday, June 25, at 12 p.m. EST.

AMERICAN SLANG was released yesterday, Tuesday, June 15, in the US and Canada (and around the world this week) on SideOneDummy Records. Produced by Ted Hutt (who produced the band’s acclaimed second album, THE ’59 SOUND), AMERICAN SLANG heralds a dramatic leap forward for the New Jersey-based band. Tracks such as “Bring It On,” “Orphans” and “Stay Lucky” bristle and burn with the spirit of soul and the artistic adventurousness and confidence of a band that has come into its own and truly found its own voice.
