Munich-based quartet Lali Puna released “Our Inventions”, the group’s first album of new material to be released in over five years, out today via Morr Music.

Lali Puna has helped map out the musical landscape for modern, experimentally minded pop music. Now, with Our Inventions, singer and keyboard player Valerie Trebeljahr, Christoph Brandner (also of Tied & Tickled Trio), keyboard player Christian Heiß and Markus Acher (The Notwist) continue to push the frontiers of their medium.
The album also features a collaboration with Yellow Magic Orchestra’s Yukihiro Takahashi on the song, “Out There.” The version appearing here is an alternate rendering of the track that appeared on Takahashi’s Page By Page album in 2009.
