Boston’s Dan Webb and the Spiders are fronted by Dan Webb on vocals and guitar, with Chris Amaral on guitar and BVs, Matt Kenney on drums and BVs, and Dan Wallace on bass and BVs. In their short time together – their first show was in September 2009 – they’ve assembled a small arsenal of songs – written by Dan and brought to life by The Spiders.
The music is all about purity, simplification and keeping it real. Just like proper, straight from the garage, punk ‘n’ rock ‘n’ roll should be. Indeed, they’re throwing a party and you’re invited.
The band is in the process of rehearsing new material, and have recording and mastering dates set for mid-February. They are embarking on a short tour in late April.
