The American basketball player and debutant of National Basketball Association Blake Griffin will miss the season due to knee injury as he was ruled out of the game in the beginning of the season of National Baseball Association. Blake Griffin is the team member of Los Angles playing as Clippers forward. He was picked up for the National Basketball League for the first time as he impressed the authorities with his performance.

The reports suggested that Blake Griffin supposed to be out of the side for more than five weeks. He received knee injury during the final preseason game and is suffering with a stress fracture.

He had quite a bright college basketball career behind as he was previously nominated for the college “player of the year” as a sophomore. He remained on the top throughout the whole season last year and the track record is quite impressive by having an average of 22.7 points and around 14.5 rebounds each game.

Blake Griffin was born on 16th March 1989 in America. He played for the Oklahoma Sooner during his college football career. He secured quite a few awards and was declared winner of the John Wooden Award, the Naismith Award and as mentioned above he also remained the player of the year for college basketball season 2008-2009.

Blake Griffin was selected to play the National basketball Association in April 2009. A press conference was held to declare his name as he was selected as the number one pick for the Los Angeles Clippers in 2009 NBA
