LOS ANGELES, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ — Playboy TV is conducting a contestant search for its newest reality series, Playboy Shootout. The all-new series, hosted by The Celebrity Apprentice 2 contender and 2001 Playmate of the Year Brande Roderick, is looking for 10 beautiful models and 10 talented photographers to compete for the chance to shoot at Playboy’s famed Studio West and get their photos in front of Hugh Hefner himself! The nine-episode series will pit model/photographer pairs against one another with the winning duo featured in an upcoming issue of the magazine. Filming is set to begin in fall 2009, with the series premiering in spring 2010.

Playboy Shootout offers aspiring photographers the chance to have their work appear in one of the world’s most iconic magazines, not to mention a shot at every man’s dream job. Both competing photographers and models will receive guidance from longtime Playboy Senior Contributing Photographers Arny Freytag and Stephen Wayda, who have both spent years shooting celebrity pictorials and Playmate Centerfolds for the magazine.

Interested models and photographers should visit www.playboy.com/shootout for more information and to submit their non-nude photos and resume. Submissions can also be sent directly to shootout@playboy.com. E-mail submissions must include applicant’s name, e-mail address and phone number. Applicants must be 18 or older to apply. Subject lines should read PLAYBOY MODEL or PLAYBOY PHOTOGRAPHER. All submissions must be received by Monday, September 14, 2009.
