The ocean beach community of Ocean Shores will host the yearly Country Music Jam in addition to also welcoming the North Coast Folk Festival. This is the first year for the fantastic pairing, which will be held concurrently, giving attendees an opportunity to enjoy different genres of music. Two stages will be located in the beautiful Ocean Shores Convention Center the weekend of May 2-3rd with FREE ADMISSION to the music sessions. Craft vendors and a chili cook-off simply add to the fun!
ALL country musicians and vocalists are invited to “jam” with Bob & Karen Anderson and their delightful band on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Then from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in the Pacific Ballroom, the country dinner & dance will serve a plated meal featuring Home-style BBQ Chicken with no-host bar for $10.00 a person.
The Folk Festival will entertain Saturday from noon to 10:00 p.m. The headliner this year is the one and only Bryan Bowers, as well as Michael Guthrie, Nancy K. Dillon, David Rea, and Chris Kokesh.
With the exception of the Dinner Dance, this great weekend of live music is FREE. Tickets for the dinner & dance are available at the Visitors Information Center and the Ocean Shores/North Beach Chamber of Commerce.
