On December 10, 2007 from 12:00 PM 1:30 PM (EST) the MTA will be hosting a virtual web-based forum (webinar) so customers can participate from the ease of their home or office.
Rumor has it there will be a way for participants to voice their concerns, but the only way to find out for sure is to attend this upcoming event.
