CANDLE LIGHT VIGIL FOR SANDRA BLAND, Union Square NYC Wed.

Supporters holding candles at a Vigil for Sandra Bland on Wednesday at Union Square. Sandra Bland was an African American woman found dead in a Waller County, TX police dept cell after being stopped by Police for not signaling a lane change. An altercation ensued after Sandra told the cop she didn’t have to put her cigarette out when he asked her to, she replied, “I’m in my car”. The situation escalated when Police, Encinia told Sandra to get out of the car or he will “Light her Up”. She was forced out of her car, more units arrived and Sandra was eventually face down on the ground with Encinia on top. You can hear her say, “You just smashed my head into the ground”. The police involved in her arrest and detainment were recently absolved of any wrong doing. Anyone have any justice for sale?

It’s pretty clear that justice has deteriorated. Big $ and addiction to profit by Corporations has taken over. Literally, Everything has been sold out for Corporate and Banker $$, which isn’t even real. That’s the sad part. The people themselves have been in on a system that has used man made, fake $$ to manipulate and get the people to surrender their Real wealth for some GMO $.

Supporter holding candle at Union Square on Wednesday for vigil for Sandra Bland. Police involved in her arrest have been recently let off of any accountability. Yet, they arrest you for nothing. The jails in this country are filled to capacity with people who are simply vulnerable. Who’ve been victimized early on and the system just victimizes them again instead of helping and being more human.
DSC00463
The police are merely a symptom of the entire for profit system that will continue to destroy resources, pillage the earth and it’s people until complete annihilation. As long as people shop and buy into the consumerism, we will live in one gigantic Stampede of the vulnerable at the bottom. The most innocent. Is that the kind of world you want to create?
DSC00464
The people have been conditioned to live in a completely unnatural system. To obey a power and “authority” indefinitely. Nature’s design is for people to need authority or leadership to rely on initially, when we;re young and in need then, the relationship terminated when we get what we need and can stand on our own. This system is the opposite of that. it’s meant to be dysfunctional and to keep the people developmentally arrested and dependent indefinitely. We’re all being Indefinitely detained. we’re just noticing it more.

IMAGINE JUSTICE for SANDRA BLAND and all those who’ve been affected by Police killing of unarmed, innocent people. At Union Square on Wednesday.
DSC00473
At least 200 or so supporters turned out on a misty rainy Wednesday night to bring attention to the lack of accountability by, so-called, “Law enforcement” and the entire system in general that has been reduced to the bottom line, $$$. Get ready for things to get worse unless more people stand up and say “NO”

People of all ages, races and classes came out in support of holding those who are supposed to be upholding Justice to serve and protect the public who are, instead, blatantly doing the opposite then denying it.

Many are calling to take a look at the blatant racism that’s been plaguing this country for hundreds of years. Bringing light to the Male White supremacy that’s held this country in it’s grip over other cultures and races since the birth of the country.

Natural Law is limited, capitalism is not. The math is not hard to figure out. Some people must be sacrificed, criminalized, terrorized, killed or enslaved.

Supporters were gathered in a circle with an organizer or a speaker in the center reciting poetry or sharing their experiences. There was no mic check so I was unable to hear a lot of it. I was able to get some nice shots of those in attendance.

It was a peaceful vigil without incident. No marches, no arrests. Police presence and supporters was uneventful.

After the vigil was over and the crowd dispersed I was able to get a picture of the alter that was set up with candles and a bouquet of flowers.
