A movie that I been procrastinating to watch for a long time and finally got around to seeing it. This movie is about a young British girl living in 1960s London who goes to an all girls catholic school and you know she is part of the cool rebellious kids who smoke, hike up their skirts and follow the latest fashion trends coming from Paris.

She is pretty much bored with her every day life since her parents are trying to groom her to be perfect for Oxford admissions you know studying super drool subjects such as Latin and playing the cello… makes it seem like if you wanted to get into ivy league back then you might as well been interesting as paint drying on the wall. So anyways while she is walking back from school a strange (the co-star) comes up to her asking if she needed a lift home because it so happen the rain the moment he drove by (how cliché) and from there on the rest was history.

The guy kept coming back and taking the main girl on adventures with his friends because when your living such a boring life this is like the best opportunity to go crazy with this new group of adults who seem to party every day and live the lavish life. Being a high school girl blinded by all these new experiences she decided school is a waste of time and is very infatuated with her new lifestyle until it just comes crumbling down… and hard she finds out the guy isn’t really what he says he is…

You kinda could tell that was going to happen since it just all seemed to good and you kinda could predict what would happen next.  A decent watch and a great coming of age movie!
