Don't listen to grinder. Unless you live in a trailer with a confederate flag motif, are sexist, and most likely homophobic.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone like that but I'm not sorry if I offended any of Grinder's fans.

Anyone whose read my reviews before know while I can be sorta harsh, I'm never usually this harsh. So it's not like I'm just a miserable bitter person or anything.

Grinder's album starts off alright. Plain old generic metal, nothing really special. Loud, down tuned guitars/power chords, growls, that sorta thing.

What upsets me most about Grinder is the song "Stop Acting Like a Bitch."

I'm sure Grinder intends for people to get offended at that. I'm sure if Grinder heard about this review, they'd think I'm 'acting like a bitch' and would feel like they're pretty tough bad asses.

This song follows the same bland formulaic stylings of their other songs. What sets it apart from the rest of their work is the utter misogynist tone of the entire song. The whole thing is just women should stop nagging to Grinder and leave them alone, let them do their superior male thing.

My favorite line in the song is "Run home to your mother/ don't tell your father". Awesome. Not only is Grinder a bunch of sexist pigs but they're cowards. "You can whine to your mother because shes a woman and can't do shit. However, I am afraid of your father so please don't tell him, sugar tits, and oh, go make me a sandwich!" They also feel the need to keep saying how the chick in the song (and forgive me if I'm wrong here, women in general) get no pity for them being an utter dick to them.

Yeah, I'm sorry. But I was a chick metal head for a long time once. I listened to all of these kind of bands, the good ones. I know there's a lot of misogynistic bands out there, same as I know there's a lot of misogynistic fans. But at least try to hide it a little? If nothing else, that's alienating an entire large percentage of potential people to peddle their crap to. Let me break it down for you, Grinder, in a language even you can understand. By. Insulting (being mean). To. Women. You. Could. Be losing. Money. You like money? Cool. Then maybe you understand this now. You like women? Really? You sure? Cool. Then maybe you'll realize this kind of behavior isn't going to help you get them.
