Fueled By Fire: Spread The Fire - Music Review

By Annamarya Scaccia, HOT INDIE NEWS .com

Date Published: February 25, 2008

Fueled By Fire: Spread The Fire - Music Review Thrash is back. And if you don't believe me, Fueled by Fire will make sure you do.

The California-based metal outfit is back with their newest rumbler Spread the Fire, sinister old school thrash played fast and loose with clean vocals and a rough, off-pitch edge. On the record's second track, "Thrash is Back," Fueled by Fire pounds out an attack of seriously fast and excellent riffage that assaults and brutalizes. Other tracks like "Massive Execution," "Striking Death," and "Command of the Beast" - even bonus tracks "Chaotic Punishment" and "Put To Death" - are torrential outpours of vintage thrills.

The boys of Fueled by Fire - Gio (lead vox/lead guitars), Carlos (drums), Rick (lead guitar) and Anthony (bass) - give you enough energy and catchy riffs to make Spread the Fire a compelling enough listen.
