A strong voice! That is the first thing that comes to mind with Angela Siracusa. There was an enjoyable energy which came across
through her voice in almost every song. A little more instrumental variety would do the album some good, but there are still a few
scattered songs which help to spice up the record. "Concrete Feet" is one of the best songs on the album as it has unexpected,
subtle hints of Middle Eastern melodies. Angela is never flat and her vocal talents are impressive when conveying the emotions in
songs like "It Ain't Wrong" and "One Day Left," which has an ironic, playful satisfaction. Most of her music has the easiness of
bluegrass, but it would be nice to hear her belt out a few songs to really show us her vocal power, which we get hints of in "Mov'N
On." There is no doubt that Angela Siracusa has the vocal talent which we seldom hear in our world of star-power and celebrity pop
music, but maybe with the right producers and a hard-hitting ballad, Siracusa could eventually land herself at the top of the
Billboard charts.
