Lady Gaga Banned From New York Yankees Clubhouse
We’ve all heard about Lady Gaga’s wacky run-in at a Mets game at New York City’s Citi Field nearly two weeks ago. Even Jerry Seinfeld was scratching his head, saying maybe Lady Gaga‘s just really a devoted Mets fan…but not so much.
This weekend Gaga turned up at a Yankees game acting so uncontrollably that she’s reportedly been banned from Yankee Stadium!
Lady Gaga showed up to a Yankees game Friday night donning a black bra, underwear, stockings and…a Yankees jersey. Our friends at Hollywood Life suggest that Gaga’s much more of a Yankees fan than Mets, but it doesn’t matter: after officials at Yankee Stadium saw how Gaga was acting up in the club box, they told her to leave and not come back!
Yankees co-owner Hal Steinbrenner was “fuming” after seeing Lady Gaga acting (and smelling) as though she’d clearly consumed too much whiskey. It’s reported that Gaga and a friend stumbled into the Yankees clubhouse uninvited, and Lady Gaga even approached Alex Rodriguez to say how happy she was to be in the clubhouse…except she was slurring her words and swaying around! The worst part? She kept grabbing at her own breasts to try to get attention from the players!
The New York Post reports that the Yankees clubhouse president and managers went storming off when they learned that Lady Gaga had crashed her way into the gathering. It’s reported she was told to leave immediately, but it’s not clear what her reaction was.
