Sandra Bullock's publicist said: She has no plans to adopt Jesse James's children

Sandra Bullock has no plans to adopt her cheating husband’s kids, her rep said Tuesday. The Oscar-winning actress helped bad boy biker Jesse James, who has three children from two previous marriages, win full custody of his 6-year-old daughter, Sunny, last fall. Bullock and James have joint custody.

Bullock, 45, was vocal about the struggle, even mentioning it in her acceptance speech when she won Best Actress for “The Blind Side” last month.

She thanked “what this film was about for me, which are the moms that take care of the babies and the children no matter where they come from.”

But her rep told People.com the jilted star isn’t going to try to get custody of Sunny or James’ two children, daughter Chandler, 15, and son Jesse Jr., 12.

“There are no plans, nor have there ever been any plans, for Sandra Bullock to adopt any of Jesse James’s children,” Bullock’s publicist said.

Four women, including a tattooed stripper who once posed for racy pictures wearing a Nazi armband, have come forward and claimed they had affairs with James, 40, in the past few weeks.

The couple, who married in 2004, have been separated since and rumors have been swirling about whether they will divorce.
