Sandra Bullock plans to seek at least partial Custody Of Jesse James' Daughter Sunny James

Monday morning brings a telling new report in the marriage scandal taking place between America’s sweetheart Sandra Bullock and Jesse James. Living separately for two full weeks, the pair shows now sign of moving under the same roof ever again. We have the latest.

Sandra Bullock has been hiding out in the Hollywood Hills home that she owned before she married Jesse James and bought a house near Huntington Beach. A source has said that Bullock is devastated by Jesse James’ multiple affairs, and she has absolutely no plans to return to their home while he’s there.

About their marriage, a source said to be close to Sandra Bullock has said, “She’s always conducted herself with dignity. A lot of people never understood her attraction to James but she was loyal to him … An apology isn’t going to cut it here. Jesse didn’t have a one-night stand. He pursued many women. And who knows how many more haven’t been made public yet?”

It’s a scene indeed…but Bullock is said to be keeping her head up. Plus, there’s one aspect of Bullock’s marriage that some sources speculate could make her stay put in her marriage. Sandra Bullock has been acting as full-time mother to James’ six-year-old daughter, Sunny, ever since Sunny’s biological mom Janine Lindemulder was jailed for tax evasion in 2009.

It’s now being reported that Bullock is treading lightly not to disrupt little Sunny’s life, or those of her half-brother and half-sister (Jesse James two elder kids from his first of three marriages). Some rumors suggest Bullock may even pull an Elin Nordegren and stay in the marriage for the stability of Jesse James’ children.

Considering Janine Lindemulder’s kind words about Sandra Bullock last week, Bullock plans to seek at least partial custody of Sunny James. This hasn’t been confirmed.
