Porn star Janine Lindermulder, ex-wife of Jesse James (Sandra Bullock’s hubby) has reportedly decided to take him to court to get custody of their daughter.
Jesse James’ ex-wife, Janine Lindermulder, will fight for custody after it was revealed last week that he had an affair with tattooed temptress and Hitler-loving hussy Michelle “Bombshell” McGee.
TMZ.com reported today that Lindermulder filed legal papers in the case involving six-year-old daughter Sunny in the hopes of getting her daughter back.
James currently has full custody of Sunny since Lindermulder lives in a halfway house after being found guilty of tax evasion, TMZ reported.
Sources told the celebrity site that Lindermulder knew she didn’t stand a chance of gaining even partial custody from James since Bullock was considered “such a stabilizing family influence.”
Following last week’s revelations that James and Bullock’s marriage is now on the rocks, Lindermulder’s lawyers hope to use her June 14 court date to try and argue her case.
Before knowing he had cheated on her, Bullock spoke about helping James gain custody and the happiness she felt in helping raise the girl.
“I would like to thank what this film is about for me, which are the moms that take care of the babies and the children no matter where they come from. Those moms and parents never get thanked,” Bullock said during her Oscar acceptance speech on March 7. Bullock won best actress for her role in “The Blind Side.”
Even Lindermulder praised Bullock’s parenting skills in an interview last year. “She packs perfect lunches,” Lindermulder told Life & Style magazine this past December. “She thinks of every little detail from sun block to sanitary wipes and the perfect amounts of food. I can’t compete. If I could wish any step-mom for my daughter, it would be Sandra.”
