Danica McKellar aka Winnie of hit TV show "Wonder Years" is expecting her first child
Danica McKellar, aka Winnie on the hit TV show, Wonder Years, is pregnant with her first child by husband Mike Verta, reports People Magazine.
McKellar told the entertainment magazine, “I’m nearing the end of my first trimester and I’m so excited – I’ve been bursting to tell people.”
“I wanted to put off the [pregnancy] test because I didn’t want any distractions,” says the actress-turned-mathematician. “That only lasted a day – I couldn’t stop thinking about it and I caved! You can’t try to put that off.”
The “Wonder Years” aired on ABC from 1988-1993 and followed the life of American teen, Kevin Arnold, through his junior high and high school years from 1968-1973.
