Sean Penn arrived in Cuba hoping to interview Fidel Castro
The politically active actor has just arrived in Cuba in the hopes of interviewing Fidel Castro, according to a Cuban government-controlled television report. The interview will be part of a story for Vanity Fair about how the Obama administration has affected Cuba.
This isn’t Penn’s first trip to Havana, nor would it be his first interview with a member of the Castro family: Penn interviewed Raúl Castro (and Hugo Chávez) in 2008.
Sean’s rep said even though the meeting is possible, there is no appointment scheduled
