KAREN FOWLIE TO FLASH THE LATEST IN HOT COWBOY COUTURE @ MOUNTAINFEST ‘09
Vancouver July 7, 2009 – Thursday July 9, 2009 at 9:00 p.m. Karen Fowlie is poised to take the Merritt Mountain Music Festival stage in the latest Hot Cowboy Couture by Rokreation Fashion Design. Known for original designs with Swarovski crystal embellishments, Rokcreation Fashion Design has outfitted celebrities from Arlo Guthrie to Anne Heche.
Fowlie is also sponsored by Hevy D popcorn and will be giving promotional bags of popcorn at her two other Mountainfest performances in the Songwriters’ Circle Thursday July 9, 2009 and Saturday July 11, 2009 (both commencing at 11:30 a.m.). Karen embarked on her Western Canadian tour this week in support of her debut CD, PUSHING THE EDGE and the affiliated release of her music video for the song “Tell Me”. “Tell Me” garnered Karen an ACCOLADE FROM THE BRITISH COLUMBIA ATTORNEY GENERAL and obtained national exposure in 7-11 and Wal-Mart stores as Hevy D Popcorn included “Tell Me” as a free download in their product.
