New York, NY – (May 12, 2009) – ArjanWrites.com is set to premier a new club night featuring a sweet and crunchy blend of pop artists that he has handpicked from his acclaimed music blog to perform at Canal Room in NYC on June 10, 2009. Titled “Superfraiche,” the first edition of Arjan’s pop music showcase features an exciting line up of fresh new pop music. Scheduled to perform are Del Marquis (of Scissor Sisters), Kate Havnevik, Sam Taylor, Noah, Scott Simons, Kaci Battaglia and Avian X. Emerging electro-pop duo Dangerous Muse and turntable maven Lind$ay Luv will be spinning tunes between performances.

Arjan has teamed with Big Machine Media, Canal Room and the U.K. Trade Investment Agency to give the night truly an international flavor. ArjanWrites.com’s “Superfraiche” will air live on East Village Radio for all the pop music lovers outside of New York to enjoy.

Out of all of the bloggers in the world, this Dutch born, Atlanta based blogger has had a lot to be excited about this year. In February, Arjan was the first-ever, fully-credentialed blogger at to cover the 2009 GRAMMY Awards for GRAMMY.com.  For the second year in a row, MTV Logo named an MTV Logo NewNowNext Award after ArjanWrites.com.
